Each item is hand crafted. Lead times for orders may vary from two weeks to four months depending on the availability of hides and time of year.
International Shipping Please include the international shipping PayPal item in your shopping cart to ensure faster processing if you live outside of the United States. Any Free shipping promotions do not apply to international shipping. A PayPal invoice will be sent for any international orders that is not charged for international shipping. We have shipped all over the world. If you have questions please email before ordering.

Guarantee/Refund Policy:
Within 7 days of placing an order it can be canceled by emailing us. This will be confirmed by a return email from us.
Custom whips are not refundable once leather cutting has started.
Refunds will only be issued to the original customer that placed the order.
Our refund does not apply to whips that were sold through a third party. If you purchased a whip from a vendor or store, please contact that vendor or store.
If the product has a defect in construction, wrong color, incorrect number of plaits, wrong pattern, and so on; The original customer must contact us within 30 days of receiving the whip and/or product and the issue will be corrected. The whip must be returned, in new and unused condition.
You are responsible for contacting us within 30 days of any issues.
Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy and never share or sell our customers information. We ask for email address and telephone numbers to contact someone if questions arise and for shipping purposes.
Matching Sets:
Whips made together, of the same leather hide, same color, plaited side by side, will be similar. Since each whip is hand crafted there will be slight differences. If you ask for a whip to be made to match a whip you currently own, there is no guarantee of color match, weight, or feel.
